Due to the customized nature of our digital services, payments made for projects, consultations, design, development, or other creative work are generally non-refundable once the project has started or work has been initiated.

Each project requires dedicated time, resources, and planning. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided for completed work, delivered milestones, or services already in progress.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered in the following situations:

• If Quvnix is unable to begin the project due to internal reasons.
• If a payment has been made by mistake and the project work has not started.
• If both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before significant work begins.

Project Cancellation
